Service Description: This polygon feature class is agricultural conservation easements made between a landowner and a land trust in partnership with Bernalillo County in Bernalillo County, NM. A conservation easement is a voluntary legal agreement that permanently limits uses of the land in order to protect its conservation values. The landowner retains title to the land, and can live there, sell, bequeath, or lease it.
