As of September 2024, this feature class and all the features in the BerncoBasemap geodatabase are updated twice a month. This notice of update frequency supersedes any date references that may be listed elsewhere in this meta data. These data are largely based on parcels. When a parcel boundary changes as the result of a platting action, and that parcel is on the edge of the boundary of Unincorporated Bernalillo County, then this boundary feature class will change to match the modified parcel.
These data are updated based on new plats, address changes, zone changes and special use permits. The feature classes included in the BerncoBasemap geodatabase are listed below:
